Founder rules & safeguards
01Customer privacy
No routine browsing of customers' detailed sales, stock, debts or customer lists. Exceptional support access must be authorized, time-limited and audit-logged.
02Protect business data
Never silently delete or overwrite customer records. Verify backups and recovery before risky changes. Preserve records even when a subscription expires.
03Fair subscriptions
Provide a clear 30-day trial and renewal terms. After expiry and the stated grace period, move the account to read-only; block new transactions but allow viewing and exporting existing records.
04Least-privilege access
Founder, support, owner, manager and cashier roles must have separate permissions enforced by the server, not merely hidden buttons.
05Shop isolation
Each account may access only its authorized businesses. Database policies must enforce ownership and prevent cross-shop data access.
06Security & accountability
Use strong authentication and MFA for privileged roles where supported. Record privileged actions in protected audit logs; never log passwords or secret keys.
07Controlled releases
Test separately, check success and failure paths, verify both phones and approve explicitly before release. Never deploy test changes over the stable live v6.2 Worker without approval.
08Honest reporting
Show only figures supplied by a trusted backend. Mark unavailable metrics clearly; never invent registered-business totals, revenue or service health.
Next engineering milestone
Add a dedicated platform registry, server-enforced founder role, protected metrics endpoint and security-event log. These require backend work; this screen alone cannot provide production-grade authorization.

What happens when a subscription expires?
The intended policy is to preserve shop records, allow a grace period, and then restrict new transactions while keeping existing records viewable and exportable. This policy is not enforced by this interface yet.
Next step
Select a plan to preview your choice. Actual trial activation, billing, receipts and subscription enforcement must be connected to a secure backend before customers are charged.
